Initial consultation is Complimentary (35 minutes)

$100.00 per session
Sessions can be done by email or telephone as preferred by the client
Coach will provide email follow up at following each session

12 sessions, 2 times per week for 6 weeks
45 minute sessions
$85.00 per session
Sessions can be done by email or telephone
This package allows for session to be done in person
Coach will provide email session summary, as well as weekly action plan
$120.00 for 30 minute session
